She had been assisting me with the remodeling of a guest bathroom shower stall and I was in need of a new shower door. She had not used your business for her clients In the past but knew I was in a hurry with houseguests arriving in a couple of weeks. From the time I stepped into your business and was assisted by Cindy Luoma through the final installation of the door in my home, it was one of the best business experiences I have had In over twenty-five years of being a homeowner. Mrs. Louma was not only very knowledgeable about the products you use; she was truly engaged and interested in my need. She continued to follow-up with me by phone through the measuring and glass ordering process, apprising me of the progress of the order. The gentlemen who did the measuring and the final installation of the door were prompt, experienced and left the area spotless when completing their work.

As I had a short deadline for the work your staff undertook, I was immensely grateful that you were able to accommodate me. The door is beautiful and I am truly a satisfied customer. I have worked in public service for over thirty years and am well aware of what constitutes good customer service, and believe me; you are doing everything right with your business. Who hasn't broken a window or had to replace a tattered screen? I have . . . several times. Slater Glass and Mirror are miracle workers at great prices. It's a little store just off the 210 Freeway, but behind the storefront is a huge shop area. I had to get some screens replaced. It took them two days and not as much money as I thought it would. You wouldn't believe what a difference a new screen makes on the front of a house. Astonishing. They also do mirrors and windows and window treatments. A wide variety of things they can order and ship in. The owners are also very helpful in solving your problems. They go above and beyond the call of duty. A fantastic store!

This is a friendly small shop who will do restoration work for irregular window and/or mirror shapes for old houses. They can give creative solutions for individual problems. I had a very nice beveled mirror replaced in an antique medicine cabinet for avery reasonable cost. And they were fast in their repair.

I ultimately found Slater Glass & Mirror which did a fantastic job. Nick at Slater is awesome and his crew is very good. Professional, punctual, and responsible - that's what you need in a vendor especially when you're talking about your house. They provided me a quote within 2 days, and the installation is being finished today. I could not be happier with Slater Glass & Mirror. They follow the Golden Rule!
